These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and bae2u (hereinafter referred to as "bae2u", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the bae2u online gaming and sports betting platform available at bae2u.cam and all associated services, features, products, and promotions.

By registering an account, depositing funds, accessing any game, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplementary documents incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and refrain from registering or using any bae2u services.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active Account on bae2u, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum. bae2u enforces strict KYC age verification on all accounts. Any Account found to belong to a user under 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions cancelled, and any remaining funds returned to the verified payment method on record.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on bae2u. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal registration only: You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your Account, is prohibited.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to any voluntary or enforced self-exclusion order on bae2u or any other gambling platform at the time of registration.

Upon successful registration and KYC verification, bae2u will open an Account in your name. The following rules govern all Account activity:

• Accurate information: You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if any details change. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bae2u will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of breach: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify bae2u immediately via our live chat or email support channel at [email protected].
• Account currency: All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All deposit, withdrawal, and bonus amounts displayed on the Platform are denominated in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Account closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

5.1 Deposits

bae2u accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. bae2u does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits funded by or traced to an account held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Before processing any withdrawal, bae2u may require the completion of full KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

• Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals via FPX and online banking channels are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours.
• bae2u reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals above RM5,000 per transaction, which may extend processing times.

bae2u offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, weekly cashback, referral bonuses, and VIP-tier incentives. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• One bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible Account unless the promotion terms explicitly state that it is recurring.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. As a general guide, rollover requirements at bae2u range from 10× to 30× the bonus amount.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While any bonus balance is active, the maximum permitted single bet is RM250 per round or per bet selection. Bets placed in excess of this limit during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates: Slot games contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino table games, roulette, and other table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports betting wagers contribute at rates specified in individual promotion terms. Certain games may be excluded from wagering entirely.
• Bonus expiry: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses must be used and wagering requirements met within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be automatically voided.
• Maximum cash-out from bonus winnings: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings derived from a bonus is capped at 5× the value of the original bonus (e.g., a RM100 bonus carries a RM500 maximum cash-out from that bonus session).
• Abuse and collusion: bae2u reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms is detected.

The complete and binding terms for any specific promotion are published on the promotion's dedicated page. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

All games and betting markets available on bae2u are governed by the rules specific to each game or market type. The following general rules apply across all gaming activity on the Platform:

• RNG certification: All random-outcome games (slots, virtual table games, instant games) operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by accredited independent testing laboratories. The results of all RNG games are final once a round has completed.
• Published RTP: The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is displayed on the game's information card within the Platform. RTPs reflect long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Sports betting markets: Odds and markets for all sports betting events — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, and UFC — are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it is binding regardless of subsequent odds movement.
• Void bets: bae2u reserves the right to declare a bet void if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a reasonable timeframe, or if a manifest error in odds is identified. Void bets are returned to the player's Account balance in full.
• Technical failures: In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the game server's records shall be authoritative in determining the outcome. Where a round was incomplete at the time of failure, bets will generally be refunded at bae2u's discretion.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on bae2u and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bae2u reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities — where prohibited conduct is detected:

• Registering or using an Account while under the age of 21.
• Registering more than one Account (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, games, or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or any form of coordinated fraudulent betting behaviour.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity or in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Engaging in any activity intended to circumvent the Platform's responsible gambling tools or self-exclusion systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bae2u staff or other users via any support or communication channel.

bae2u is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to all registered Account holders, available at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that can be set or reduced at any time with immediate effect.
• Session time limits: Automatic session duration alerts and mandatory break prompts.
• Cool-off periods: A temporary suspension of an Account for a defined period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 months) during which the Account cannot be accessed for betting or gaming purposes.
• Self-exclusion: A longer-term or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bae2u, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds, data, profits, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if bae2u has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services arising from technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances outside bae2u's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any content displayed on the Platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

bae2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — either via a notice displayed on the Platform, an email notification sent to your registered email address, or both — prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
